Yes — it is one of the studio's flagship services. The Installation was developed for multi-purpose rooms with fixed architecture, institutional lighting and limited set-up windows, and it is designed with respect for protocol and the order of service.

Across Virginia — Northern Virginia, Richmond, Charlottesville, Hampton Roads and the Southside — and throughout North Carolina, including the Triangle, the Triad and Charlotte. Travel is included in every proposal, so there are no surprises.

Full Commissions typically begin four to twelve months out; Compositions three to eight; Installations two to six; Stewardship six weeks to four months; Keepsake collections six to twelve weeks. Shorter timelines are considered when the scope allows — please inquire rather than assume.

Yes. The initial consultation is complimentary and is spent on Honor and Define — understanding the meaning of the occasion and its requirements. A written proposal follows.

The studio's fee is stated separately from the celebration's own costs, and every proposal is itemized. See Investment for the full structure. Specific fees are provided in your written proposal after consultation.

Yes. A signed services agreement and a retainer reserve your date and begin the work. Retainers are non-refundable because the date is held exclusively for you; the balance follows a schedule set in the agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Portfolio photographs — such as the pastoral installation reception and the keepsake collections — are the studio's own project work and are labeled as such. Concept imagery and the brand film are studio renderings created to communicate the aesthetic; they are always labeled as concept and are not client events.

Yes. The Keepsake is offered as a stand-alone pathway for favor suites, honored-guest gifts and personalized collections.
