Privacy Policy
What the studio collects when you visit the Site or send an inquiry, how it is used, and the choices you have — in plain language.
Elegant Reverence LLC (“Elegant Reverence,” “the studio,” “we,” “us”) operates elegantreverence.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or send us an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the consultation inquiry form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), preferred contact method, occasion, date or season, location or venue, estimated guest count, service interest, anticipated investment range, a description of the occasion, how you heard about the studio, and your confirmation of this Policy. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. If you book a consultation through a scheduling tool embedded on the Site, that tool collects the details you enter there (see Section 4).
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when the Site is accessed — including IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring page and timestamps — for security, reliability and abuse prevention. The Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The Site does not set cookies for its own purposes.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, and prepare a proposal.
- To communicate with you about a celebration you have engaged the studio for.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked to receive it; any marketing message we send will identify the studio, include our mailing address and provide a working way to opt out, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.
3. Legal bases and consent
We process inquiry information because you have asked us to respond to you, and to take steps toward a services agreement at your request. Where we rely on your consent — for example, to send optional marketing communications — you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site and receive inquiries. Each processes information only on our behalf and under its own privacy commitments:

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the studio, our clients or others.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you engage the studio, for the duration of the engagement and as required for business records, tax and legal purposes. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to twenty-four months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its policies.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@elegantreverence.com or writing to the address below. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We honor these requests for all visitors regardless of where they live. Residents of Virginia, and of other states with consumer privacy laws, may have additional rights under those laws; if a request is declined, we will explain why and how to appeal.
The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not track visitors across sites or sell personal information.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it. Celebrations that honor a child are arranged with a parent or guardian.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry submissions are transmitted using encryption in transit and stored by our providers under their security programs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please do not include sensitive information — such as financial account numbers or health information — in the inquiry form.
9. Links to other sites
The Site may link to venues, vendors or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; this Policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
